We recommends that you do the following steps for your website

1. from your control panel in the Dashboard go to Settings -> Writing
2. Under the Remote Publishing part check on the box of ( Enable the Atom Publishing Protocol. )
3. Also, check the box for ( Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols. )
4. Under the Update Services click on the link ( Update Services ) and get the list ofthe XML-RPC Ping Services and add them to the box below
5. Click on Save changes

Also, be sure in Each page or post to check on the box of ( Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page. ) at the part of Discussion

if you don’t see the part of discussion please refer to the link ( How to Enable/Disable Comments on a Page )

1. Go to your Admin Area,

2. on the Dashboard find the ( Screen Options ) on the top right of your page

3. Click on it then check box (Discussion)

4. Close the screen option and then reopen your post or page to Edit

5. at the End of the page of Edit your post or page , you will found a new box named ( Discussion )

6. Remove the check from ( Allow comments. )

This will Disable the Comments on the page or post you are using ,

To Enable them again , just check this box back
